Amendments to the Labour Relations Act

Amendments to the Labour Relations Act (LRA) will take effect 1 October 2014.

A critical aspect of the amendment stipulates that employers can no longer employee workers on a contractual or temporary basis. SARPBAC is expected to align with the amended LRA, and will advise of required adjustments.
