The Council has updated the list of non-compliant companies (as at 15 October 2025), as reflected here.
These entities have been formally blacklisted, and appropriate action is being initiated against them. Furthermore, the listed companies shall not be deemed to be in good standing, nor should they be eligible for participation in any government contracts, tenders, or procurement processes, until such time as full compliance has been achieved and duly verified by the Council.
